Barratt London is bringing forward plans to develop Crown Wharf, a new piece of city on the currently unused Lea River waterfront near Canning Town.

Our ambition is to bring forward a green and sustainable place that connects existing and future communities and creates somewhere for people of all ages to enjoy.

We would like to thank all those who contributed to and participated in our consultation last year.

We have submitted a planning application to the London Borough of Newham. You can view the submitted plans and share your comments as part of the Council’s statutory consultation by clicking here and typing in the reference number: 23/00655/FUL.

This follows two rounds of public consultation with the community in May and July last year. Our proposals have responded to feedback and comments received from the public.

You can view the plans we shared at the public consultation events on our proposals page.

You can also find further details on our FAQs page.

In July we held a second phase of consultation, where we shared how our designs have evolved following feedback from phase one in May. If you were unable to attend any of our events, you can  still view the webinar presentation and materials shared at the exhibition on our proposals page.
